Eating, Weight & Mood Disorders is a multidisciplinary mental health treatment center seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to join our team. We are a group of experienced clinicians leading a team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services. We treat individuals with eating disorders across the weight spectrum, as well and mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and relationship stress.
We are seeking a Master’s- or Doctoral-level clinician experienced in working with adolescents, adults, and families.
This is a part-time, hybrid position that includes both work from home days and in person sessions at our Northbrook or Downtown Chicago offices. Responsibilities include carrying a caseload of individual, couples and family cases, maintaining proper and timely documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. There is the possibility of building to full-time work as the caseload grows. There is also the possibility of running groups within our Adult IOP program.

A strong candidate will have:- A licensed therapist with at least 3 years of post-licensure experience
- Previous experience in working in a higher level of care setting with eating disorders and mood and anxiety disorders
- Comfort working in weight management settings, including seeing patients using GLP1 medications
- Previous experience working with adolescents, families and couples
- Preferably mature and experienced, bringing a seasoned, grounded, and compassionate presence to clinical work
- Skilled in individual therapy, with interest or experience in couples and family therapy a plus
- Aligned with psychodynamic, interpersonal, or integrative therapeutic approaches
- Eager to work in a collaborative setting with a team of dedicated clinicians
- Interested in building a long-term home within a growing, values-driven practice
- Option to work part time to build a practice over time
