We're partnering with a growing, independently owned specialty pharmacy seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist in the Atlanta, GA area to join their team.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position offering an outstanding quality-of-life schedule:

• Provide clinical support and patient counseling for specialty therapies
• Review patient profiles, medication regimens and treatment plans
• Educate patients on medications, administration, adherence and potential side effects
• Communicate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals to support optimal therapy
• Identify and resolve medication-related issues
• Document clinical interventions and patient interactions
• Support adherence, quality and patient-outcome initiatives

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Active pharmacist license in GA
• License in PA, or willing to obtain within 90 days
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills
• Specialty pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient care
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
