Occupational Therapist School Setting in Oak Park, IL

This contract position, located within reach of Oak Park, IL, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across educational and home health environments. With a focus on both in-school and home-based services, you'll work with a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing essential support that empowers them to reach their full potential.

• Active Illinois OT license required
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students across varied environments
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Conduct evaluations and reassessments to monitor student progress
• Work closely with families and educators to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
