IKS Health seeks a full-time Profee & Facility Ophthalmology Medical Coder to join our remote team. You will code physician and facility records using ICD-10-CM, CPS, CPT, and ensure accurate DRG assignments with real-time chart entry.
Responsibilities include reviewing records, selecting principal diagnoses and procedures, and supporting coding education within the team. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant coding and Epic/3M/360 experience.
