Art Therapist

Seasons Within LLC is looking for an Art Therapist to join our busy and growing practice in Oak Park, Illinois. Our approach to therapy is inclusive, intersectional, neuro-diversity affirming, relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed. We provide therapy services to all ages, but our child art therapy services are most in demand. If you are an art therapist with child experience and you're looking to grow as a clinician in a group practice setting, we want to meet you!

This position is for a therapist to see clients Mondays and Saturdays. Due to the nature of working with children and families, we require clinicians to be available to see clients 3 PM - 7 PM / 8 PM on Monday and 9 AM - 4 PM on Saturday. This position may have opportunity to grow.

• - At least two years of experience working with children ages 3-12 in a mental health or other related setting
• - Must have Master's Degree in Art Therapy (MAATC) or similar
• - Must have full and unrestricted state counseling licensure (LPC or LCPC)
• - Must be able to assess clients to determine fit for outpatient treatment and establish a provisional diagnosis and initial treatment plan
• - Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy and parent consultations/psychoeducation
• - Complete all required clinical documentation to support services provided
• - Maintain scheduling of all active clients to ensure clinical needs are being met
• - Participate in consultation or supervision following licensure laws
• - Able to perform in-person therapy in our office in Oak Park
• - Committed to social justice and anti-racism

From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8-12 hours per week
