Medical Assistant; Scheduling & Member Outreach); Fully Remote

• Conduct outbound calls to members to schedule Annual Wellness Visits, preventive screenings, and primary care consultations.
• Educate members about healthcare benefits, care opportunities, and the importance of completing recommended visits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, care coordination, patient scheduling, or call center operations.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/CRM systems.
• Remote full-time position based in the United States with competitive hourly pay.
