Independently Licensed Therapist- Remote Telehealth- No Shows

Direct Shifts is looking for experienced, independently licensed therapists to join a flexible, fully remote telehealth opportunity. If you're passionate about meaningful patient care and want to build your practice without the pressure of finding your own clients, we'd love to hear from you.

• $65 per 50-60 minutes psychotherapy session.
• 100% remote telehealth.
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability.
• Minimum commitment of 12 hours/week.
• Consistent client volume based on availability and licensure.
• 85% guaranteed client volume once your committed schedule is established.
• Full pay for no-shows and late cancellations.
• Multi-state licensed clinicians highly encouraged to apply.

Independent licensure — REQUIRED

• Active, unrestricted U.S. independent clinical license REQUIRED.
• Eligible licenses may include LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent, as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
• Experience providing psychotherapy independently.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Your master's degree must be from a qualifying program meeting the applicable accreditation requirement:

• Clinical Mental Health Counseling — CACREP
• Social Work — CSWE
• Marriage & Family Therapy — COAMFTE

Degrees from programs that do not meet these accreditation requirements may not qualify for this opportunity.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Provide individual psychotherapy through a secure telehealth platform.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the broader care team when clinically appropriate.
