Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented On Ground Supervisor to manage the weekly operational tasks for our Airbnb properties. You will be the primary on-site point of contact responsible for coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, guest check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring a 5-star guest experience.
Responsibilities- Guest Operations: Oversee smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Guest Operations: Ensure all properties are guest-ready prior to arrival (clean, stocked, and fully functional).
- Guest Operations: Provide in-person support for special requests, or escalated issues.
- Guest Operations: Conduct periodic property walkthroughs to ensure quality and presentation standards.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with cleaning teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination: Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure timely turnovers between stays.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance issues; liaise with contractors/repair teams for quick resolution.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination: Maintain an inventory of household items and coordinate restocking.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and guide part-time staff, cleaners, and third-party vendors.
- Team Supervision: Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Team Supervision: Train new cleaning or support staff as needed.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure properties meet brand and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Collect guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Logistics & Reporting: Maintain records of incidents, damages, and maintenance issues.
- Logistics & Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports to management on property status and operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks.
- Required working hours — 25 hours per week.
- The role requires working from the office — approximately 1–2 days for site visits, 2–3 days in the office, and 1 day working from home.
