The Front Desk Clerk is integral to our hospitality team, handling guest check-ins, room assignments, and facilitating reservations. You will provide vital information about our hotel facilities and help with telephone communications, including wakeup calls. This position offers training for those new to the hospitality field, making it an excellent entry point.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register guests and assign their rooms upon arrival
• Process room reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Inform guests about hotel amenities and services available
• Relay incoming telephone calls and messages
• Provide wakeup calls as requested by guests
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
• Ability to converse in English or French
• On-site work required, remote work excluded
• Training available for inexperienced applicants
• Excellent customer service skills needed
