The Human Resources Specialist is based in our Romanian People Operations Center in Bucharest or Sibiu and will support the Recruiting and Learning & Development process for the whole group in close cooperation with our local and firmwide teams across our organization
What you can expect from the role:Recruiting
- Job posting using agreed sourcing channels and recruiting platforms
- Preselection of applicants based on agreed minimum requirements
- HR interviews scheduling via recruiting tool and Outlook calendar, and in direct interaction with applicants
- Drafting employment contracts
- Sending rejection letters for non-accepted employees
- Manage administrative L&D tasks like arranging with HRLs on the list of participants, enrollment of candidates, managing cancellations and waiting list, scheduling trainings, manage all logistic aspects, conducting trainings’ assessment
- Manage maintenance of training catalogue
- Realize training assessment (satisfaction survey)
- Provide communications & news
- Update all information & training material in dedicated Teams rooms
- University degree or equivalent specific education
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and Recruiting processes
- Advanced English and German or French would be a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, incl. Excel
- Knowledge of HR and Recruiting Systems like Teamtailor or other similar systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Interested in working in an international team
- Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
- Ability to work independently and as a team
