Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work, for the position of Recruitment Ambassador. The Recruitment Ambassador will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates to join the network of independent contractors. Additionally, the role includes providing training, building relationships, and ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders to promote the company mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to identify and attract talented individuals
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Training, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for their roles
• Excellent Communication skills to foster relationships and effectively engage with team members and clients
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with a mix of in-office and remote responsibilities
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
