Talent Manager, Recruiter
About You
You are a person who is passionate about supporting the organization's mission by identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates who align with Signature Performance's vision and operational needs. In the role of Recruiter, you will provide support by ensuring exceptional candidate experience, supporting hiring manager needs, and maintaining compliant, effective recruitment processes.
About the Position- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in all candidate and client interactions.
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and recruitment-related initiatives.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
- Maintain timely and accurate statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
- May represent Signature Performance at career events as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High school diploma or GED
- 4‑6+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare administration services, revenue cycle, health information management, advisory and consulting services, or healthcare Information Technology (IT).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage requisitions.
- Proven success filling specialized or senior‑level roles.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities (Boolean, passive outreach, talent mapping).
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels.
- Ability to advise hiring managers on talent market trends.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
- Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, calendars).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Working knowledge of ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of recruiting best practices, compliance, and employment law.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience leading small recruiting projects or initiatives.
- Experience in Docusign, ADP HRIS and ATS, sourcing, pre‑employment, and background check platforms.
- SHRM CP, SHRM‑SCP or equivalent certification.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST
Compensation Range: $68,000‑$80,000 annually
