  • Coordinate offer logistics by preparing offer documentation and communicating approved offers to candidates.
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding processes, including paperwork, systems access, first‑week coordination, and orientation, to ensure a smooth and high‑quality new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and track key recruiting and onboarding metrics to support consistent workflows and ensure hiring timelines and milestones stay on track.

  • Manage compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking required notices and trainings, and executing processes aligned with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting, file accuracy checks, and required notices and training compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records by performing routine data checks and ensuring updates and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to the refinement and improvement of HR processes, documentation, and SOPs to support scalable and consistent HR operations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and policy guidance, partnering with the Senior Director of HR on workplace concerns or more complex issues.
  • Coordinate engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition programs, surveys, communications, and events.
  • Support timely execution of recurring HR cycles (e.g., training, performance reviews, audits) by tracking completion, maintaining the HR calendar, and ensuring deadlines and processes are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional HR experience, preferably in a high‑growth or multi‑state organization.
  • Experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer logistics.
  • Strong operational discipline with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with proven ability to maintain accurate HRIS, payroll, and ATS data in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of core HR functions, including payroll processes, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and ability to drive tasks through completion with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment law fundamentals (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA) with ability to elevate complex matters appropriately.
