$50,000–$55,000 Base + Bonus

Total First-Year Compensation: $60,000–$65,000+

We are growing our staffing division and are looking for motivated, high-energy Staffing Specialist to join our team. This role is heavily focused on temporary and temp-to-hire placements, working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days are the same.

• Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire openings
• Manage multiple job orders simultaneously in a fast-moving staffing environment
• Build strong relationships with candidates and client companies
• Match candidates to opportunities based on skill set, experience, and culture fit
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks, drug screens, and references
• Fill urgent staffing needs while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism
• Develop candidate pipelines through referrals, job boards, networking, and outreach
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone who can think quickly, adapt, and problem-solve under pressure
• A sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or account management experience is a plus — but not required
