The Talent Technology Experienced Professional collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of tools and processes related to talent acquisition and recruiting operations. The role requires deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem, including Workday Recruiting, to research, develop and recommend robust solutions, support recruiting-related processes and integrations, and provide training and support to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Special Projects (20%):
Research, specify, develop, test and implement enhancements to Workday Recruiting, candidate lifecycle processes, recruiting workflows, and talent acquisition technologies. - Solution Assessment, Development & Validation (25%):
Research new technologies, define requirements for recruiting operations, develop and align solutions with the Talent Technology strategy, perform gap analysis, evaluate defects and develop resolution plans. - Gather Requirements (15%):
Gather and validate requirements from Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR and business stakeholders for configuration, workflows, candidate pipelines, job postings, interview processes, offer management, recruiting reports and system integrations. - Analyze Requirements (10%):
Analyze and prioritize requirements, document recruiting business processes, system enhancements, workflow improvements and reporting requirements, and validate proposed solutions against recruiting objectives and Workday recruiting best practices. - System/Integration Monitoring & Troubleshooting (20%):
Monitor Workday Recruiting integrations, automations, job board interfaces, candidate data feeds and third‑party recruiting technology connections; identify and remediate issues, manage tickets with IT and vendors, implement monitoring and notification processes and provide coaching and leadership. - Training & Leadership (10%):
Provide coaching, deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions related to Workday Recruiting functionality, recruiting processes, system enhancements and operational best practices.
- Technical Skills
:
Advanced working knowledge of HRIS, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Recruiting Systems;
Workday Recruiting configuration, administration, testing and support; experience with requisition management, candidate lifecycle processes, interview workflows, offer management and recruiting operations; ability to capture and document recruiting business requirements; experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields and recruiting analytics. - Experience
: 4+ years relevant experience; preferred experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition technologies, or ATS; experience managing recruiting system enhancements, integrations, testing, release support and stakeholder engagement.
Team‑aligned flexibility: employees may perform work from home, an office, a client site or other relevant business locations. For this position, the location is open to any US‑based market. At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package. Flexible scheduling is provided to balance life demands while maintaining client service. The compensation range for this role is $81,900 – $139,700 and successful candidates may qualify for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
