Position: Literature Specialist (Evaluate Narrative and Thematic Comprehension for AI Models)

Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $40–$50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)- Evaluate AI-generated responses to literary and narrative analysis prompts.
- Assess understanding of character development, symbolism, and thematic coherence.
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on interpretive accuracy and emotional insight.
- Identify misreadings or logical gaps in AI comprehension of literary nuance.
- Educational or professional background in Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, or related humanities fields.
- Strong analytical reading and interpretive skills across genres and forms.
- Ability to evaluate complex narrative and thematic structures with clarity and precision.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to nuance in feedback.
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
