Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote

You’ll have the autonomy to shape our processes, advise our leadership, and see the direct impact of your work on our company's growth. We are rapidly and continuously scaling our sales organization across six states and we need a high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who refuses to wait for applicants to come to us. This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where you’ll act as a hunter—not just a screener. You will be responsible for building a perpetual, warm pipeline by sourcing talent proactively and pulling them into our CRM to cultivate relationships.

Using our Phenom tech stack, you will move beyond ‘post and pray’ tactics, architecting automated engagement campaigns that nurture prospects 24/7. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will operate autonomously to ensure our aggressive hiring goals are met with speed, efficiency, and scale.

Owned Outcomes
  • Scalable, high-quality top-of-funnel volume.
  • Rapid conversion rates from application/outreach to qualified screens.
  • Consistent attainment of hiring targets for high-volume sales requisitions.
  • Data integrity across our recruitment platforms.
Core Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain an always-on pipeline.
  • While casting a wide net to generate volume, you will use advanced sourcing techniques to ensure quality.
  • Execute high-converting email and SMS campaigns to nurture prospects and leverage our Talent Community to keep the funnel full.
Rapid-Cycle Recruitment
  • Process high volumes of applicants without sacrificing speed or candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level sales roles autonomously.
