Senior Application Developer – Success Factors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
As a Senior Application Developer – Success Factors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Configure, develop, and support SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition and Onboarding applications.
- Design, test, and deploy application enhancements, fixes, and new releases.
- Provide advanced technical support and business consulting for Talent Acquisition applications.
- Partner with HR, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
- Lead incident management, issue prioritization, troubleshooting, and application support activities.
- Perform application configuration, quality assurance, and release management.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party recruiting technology providers.
- Continuously improve application performance, support processes, and user experience.
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Application Developer – Success Factors Talent Acquisition & Onboarding who enjoys solving complex business problems and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal candidate would have deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition module.
- SAP Success Factors Onboarding module.
- Enterprise HRIS application configuration and support.
- Application testing, deployment, and release management.
- Stakeholder management and business consulting.
- Incident management and production support.
- Recruiting platforms such as Smart Recruiters, Paradox, Linked In Talent Solutions, Hire Right, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Minimum Experience:
5+ years of Success Factors/HRIS application development and support experience. Type of Position:
