Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Sr. Oracle HR/HCM Consultant to join their team. As a Sr. Oracle HR/HCM Consultant, you will be part of the HR Technology Support team supporting enterprise-wide HR solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Oracle HR/HCM Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote role available)
What's the Job?- Design and deliver Core HR solutions, including conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and assessing downstream impacts across HCM modules.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives.
- Lead client-facing discussions across work streams, guiding teams to develop integrated, cross-functional solutions.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR technology consulting or related fields.
- Oracle-certified in both Core HR and Onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality written communication.
- Preferred experience in construction or highly unionized workforce environments.
