Your Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective healthcare talent using our exclusive platform alongside your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screenings
• Keep in touch with leads to nurture their interest and assist them through the hiring process
• Ensure meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Achieve commissions based on the meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and newly hired candidates through your efforts
