The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Recruiter / Sourcing Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, posting and managing job requisitions, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing Source active and passive candidates through job boards, Linked In, networking platforms, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and initial candidate engagement.

Support recruitment marketing efforts and employer branding initiatives.

Recruitment Coordination Assist the recruiting team with posting and maintaining open positions across various platforms.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting staff.

Maintain and update interview schedules, calendars, and recruiting agendas.

Verify the availability of internal and external candidates for interviews and meetings.

Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.

Reschedule or cancel interviews and meetings as needed while ensuring timely communication to all parties.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

Administrative Support Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.

Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System…
