Our client located in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team for 6-8 months!

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing positions in TN, VA and SC, from sourcing candidates through onboarding.
• Build a candidate pipeline for future openings
• Partner with managers to schedule interviews and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Extend employment offers, negotiate as appropriate, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent HR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of corporate talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Assignment will last 6-8 months.

Hourly Compensation:
Up to $35 an hour (DOE)
