Part-Time Payroll & HR Assistant (25 hours/week)

Golden Age Dental Care is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll/HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing responsive support to our team.

• Process timecard corrections and assist with payroll reporting
• Update and maintain HRIS records with accuracy
• Support employees with payroll-related questions and general HR inquiries
• Perform administrative tasks including e-filing, scanning, and document management
• Assist with HR projects such as onboarding and employee training
• Provide general clerical and office support as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold company compliance standards

• Minimum 2 years of experience with payroll-related tasks
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Flexible work schedule

This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) with remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative and payroll tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
