SAP Successfactors Compensation Consultant - SC Clearance - Remote

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP Success Factors Compensation Consultant.

Clearance required:

SC cleared - UK Passport holder

Location:

Remote

• Expected to work during UK business hours.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Strong understanding of compensation and Variable Pay processes.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work directly with client users.
• Knowledge of SF EC; prior experience in support is advantageous.

• Configure and maintain Compensation & Variable Pay module.
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with HR and integration teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of compensation cycles.
• Configure SAP Success Factors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
• Design and manage bonus plans, proration logic, and business goal mapping for incentive programs.
• Configure compensation worksheets, statements, and executive review processes.
• Template Provisioning
  - Advanced configuration of Compensation and Variable Pay templates via Provisioning.
• Route Maps
  - Designing workflow approval steps for compensation cycles.
• Rating Sources
  - Linking performance management forms and objective schemas to compensation.
• Eligibility Rules
  - Building business rules to filter employee inclusion.
• Guideline Matrix
  - Setting up matrices based on performance, country, and ratio.
• Custom Fields
  - Creating calculated columns using conditional logic (IF/THEN/ELSE).
• Comp Functions
  - Utilizing functions like to Number, lookup, and date formulas.
• Currency Conversion
  - Managing multi-currency tables and conversion rate dates.
• Budgeting Logic
  - Designing budget groups based on custom roll-up hierarchies
