Overview

• Learn existing automated EHR-phenotyping using large longitudinal UK Biobank and AGD data.
• Data curation and mining using Linux command line.
• Advanced analytics and writing reusable scripts (R, Python, Spark, or SQL).
• Collaborate within a team to advance Phenomics Data Science initiatives using large-scale real-world data.
• Communicate findings effectively and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

• 2-3 years of experience with PhD or 5 years with MSc.
• Advanced programming skills in R, Python, SQL; experience with Spark is a plus.
• Data curation and data mining skills;
  Linux command line proficiency.
• Experience with automated EHR-phenotyping and working with UK Biobank and AGD data preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Nice to have:
  Biostatistics, Genetics, experience with latest AI methodologies.
