We seek a Senior Product Manager, Driver Coaching who will lead the vision and execution of behavioral safety solutions. You will transform complex telematics data into actionable insights that empower drivers and improve road safety. As a Senior Product Manager, you will build driver intelligence by identifying the coaching interventions and behavioral insights to promote as features, advancing product strategy. This executor role focuses on next‑generation driver‑feedback technology, requiring a Safety Tech or Behavioral Analytics background.

• Own the development of a comprehensive product roadmap and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders while driving execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead high‑impact customer discovery initiatives and mentor team members in refining value propositions and product fit.
• Drive prioritization at a portfolio level, aligning efforts with overall business and product strategy.
• Establish advanced reporting and monitoring frameworks that measure success across multiple product dimensions.
• Design and implement feedback loops at scale, ensuring continuous alignment with market needs.
• Communicate the product vision at senior leadership forums and cross‑departmental meetings, collaborating with UX designers, developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Lead complex problem and solution validation, ensuring strategic alignment and providing direction on critical solutions.
• Oversee the translation of needs into detailed epics and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
• Work closely with technical project managers toward execution.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to continually improve launched products.
• Lead efforts to enhance product management frameworks, mentoring other product managers and contributing to company‑wide initiatives.

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of product management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good listening and empathy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to stitch together disparate insights to uncover common patterns.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually, and ability to deliver training effectively.
• Self‑starter, resourceful with strong problem‑solving skills and a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strategic mindset with keen sense of priorities and ability to pivot as the landscape changes.
• Strong team player with ability to engage with all levels of the organization and solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship‑management skills.
• Relevant experience and strong understanding of user engagement metrics and product KPIs to drive data‑informed decision‑making and enhance product performance.
