The Principal Enterprise Architect - Digital Assets will play a pivotal role in leading blockchain architecture and strategy for the organization and its clients. Responsibilities include designing scalable blockchain solutions, advising on the selection of technologies, and guiding the integration of digital assets and distributed ledger technologies into business strategies. The position also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting technical assessments, and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, that allows flexibility for some remote work.

• Extensive expertise in blockchain technologies, smart contract development, distributed ledger architecture, and digital asset management.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, API development, system integration, and scaling enterprise-level blockchain solutions.
• Experience in business strategy development, risk management, and aligning technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Strong technical leadership skills, ability to mentor teams, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for presenting complex technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications in blockchain technologies are a plus.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, including 3+ years specializing in blockchain or digital assets.
• Knowledge of blockchain compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and methods

  blockchain-based platform capabilities, including smart contracts and consensus mechanisms; design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain infrastructure; research and adopt emerging blockchain protocols, Layer 2 solutions, and interoperability frameworks; mentor engineering teams on blockchain best practices and lead technical decision-making; experience with zero-knowledge proofs, privacy-preserving technologies, and governance models; and expertise in cloud platforms and Dev Ops for blockchain deployments
