Senior Procurement Manager – Technology

The Senior Procurement Manager – Technology leads sourcing, procurement, and vendor management for Cloud and Software spend. This role partners closely with Technology and Finance to drive cost efficiency, manage vendor performance, and support business needs through disciplined procurement strategies.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for software, cloud, and technology services.
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, and licensing terms.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement solutions.
• Monitor and manage software licenses, usage, and renewals.
• Conduct market analysis to inform vendor selection and sourcing decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years working in procurement, sourcing, vendor management or other similar experience.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with technology licensing models and software agreements.
• Understanding of cloud cost fundamentals (AWS and Azure), including commitments, savings plans, and reserved instances.
• Experience with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Experience with procurement and contract tools (Workday, Zip, Ironclad preferred).
• Familiarity with software life cycles and vendor management best practices.
• Foundational knowledge of AI.
