Call Rail empowers businesses to make smarter marketing decisions through call tracking and analytics. We're looking for a customer‑centric Sales Solutions Specialist to lead the charge in implementing our AI product, Voice Assist.

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation of Call Rail's Voice Assist product.
• Troubleshoot Voice Assist related customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and success with Call Rail's AI Voice Agent.
• Drive adoption and retention by articulating the value of the Voice Assist product.
• Partner with account executives to tailor solutions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback.

• 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, or Customer Success role.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, CRMs, automation tools, and SaaS architecture.
• Experience or deep interest in AI/ML technologies and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• Background in AI, NLP, or data analytics solutions
• Experience in the martech or call analytics industry
• Experience working with or selling to digital marketing agencies
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar tools
