We are seeking a focused and organized
SANA LXP Administrator to support our Learning & Development team during a critical 2-3 month transition period. You will be the primary point of contact for platform maintenance, content migration, and user support within the Sana platform.

• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Sana LXP, including user permissions, group management, and workspace organization.
• Content Deployment: Upload, tag, and organize learning modules, ensuring all metadata is accurate for AI-driven discovery.
• User Support: Troubleshoot access issues and provide “how-to” guidance for internal employees.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze engagement reports to track completion rates and learner progress.
• Optimization: Assist in streamlining learning paths and ensuring the platform’s “Search” functionality is optimized with high-quality content indexing.

• Sana Expertise: Proven experience specifically administering the
  Sana LXP
  (experience with other LXPs like Degreed or EdCast is a plus, but Sana-specific knowledge is preferred). LMS Admin is desirable
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with SCORM/xAPI standards and managing multimedia content.
• Detail Oriented: Strong eye for categorization and content hierarchy.
• Communication: Ability to work autonomously and sync effectively with a Chicago-based team via Slack and Zoom.
