Core & Online Banking Analyst

As a Core & Online Banking Analyst, you are responsible for ensuring smooth operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the credit union’s core banking systems and digital banking products. This role serves as a bridge between technology, operations, and member services, analyzing system performance, member usage, and product functionality to enhance both operational efficiency and member experience.

• Develop, review, and maintain Power Ons and batch jobs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and fulfill departmental requests.
• Diagnose and resolve application and data issues across core and online banking platforms.
• Support product development by testing and validating new system releases, updates, and feature enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and digital engagement.
• Effectively communicate system issues to relevant vendors, employees, and internal departments.

• Knowledge of the financial services or credit union industry.
• Familiarity with Jack Henry solutions or similar platforms, including knowledge of application features and functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
