• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions
• Collaborate with department leaders on process improvement and reporting opportunities
• Develop, maintain, and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting
• Write and maintain process documents while coordinating with operational units
• Assist with various team projects and execute daily processes as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst
• Proficiency in SQL (specifically, SQL Server) and report writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technically capable of understanding and adapting to new software programs

• Expertise with MS Office and VBA, especially Access
• General familiarity with project management, particularly in a waterfall methodology
