** Business Intelligence Specialist - JLL
**** What this job involves
- ** We are seeking an analytical Business Intelligence Specialist to drive strategic business objectives, ensure compliance, and optimize KPIs for account operations. This role reports to the Director of Programs and collaborates with account teams, clients, vendors, and platform support. The Business Intelligence Specialist will analyze complex business challenges, identify performance drivers and barriers, and develop data-driven recommendations. Create enhanced reporting solutions, dashboards, and process improvements that support strategic decision-making while maintaining strong data governance standards.
** What your day-to-day will look like:
*** Strategic Intelligence & Analysis
** Translate client objectives into comprehensive BI strategies across service lines
* Drive data-driven decision-making culture across account teams
* Collect, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights
* Leverage JLL Azara and Azara AI for strategic insights and performance optimization
* Provide expert guidance on JLL GPT and Azara AI prompt engineering
* Reporting & Visualization
** Develop and maintain sophisticated BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that can be incorporated into M ’s, PMR’s and Q ’s
* Apply statistical methods and advanced data visualization techniques
* Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for stakeholder data access
* Establish and monitor KPIs to track business performance
* Continuously enhance reporting solutions through automation and process optimization
* Collaboration & Support
** Partner with Program and IT teams to maintain database integrity and system integration
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business intelligence requirements
* Conduct feasibility studies and provide evidence-based improvement recommendations
* Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and data dictionaries
* Provide training and support for implemented solutions
* Respond to urgent data analysis requests for critical business decisions

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree required
* 2+ years of proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools (Databricks, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong database design, optimization, and data warehouse knowledge
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
* AI and statistical analysis tool experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
* Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Commercial real estate industry experience

** Estimated compensation for this position:
** 90,000.00 –  USD per year
* This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
