The IT Infrastructure Analyst (Service Desk Representative Analyst II) will be part of the IT support team, providing technical assistance to users across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, collaborating with IT teams, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and support new application deployments.
- Mentor and guide junior service desk analysts, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
- Provide prompt technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of recurring issues and solutions to strengthen the knowledge base.
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software problems.
- Monitor system performance and assist in audits to ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Manage ticket escalations by prioritizing and routing complex issues to the right specialists.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of professional IT support experience (preferred).
