• Act as a functional and process expert for the AI Delivery Acceleration development team
• Lead design workshops to define and analyze future-state business processes
• Collaborate with the AI Product owner to create business requirement documentation
• Support testing phases, including unit and user-acceptance testing, during product development
• Promote continuous improvement practices for AI delivery and engagement materials

• At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes
• Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
• Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
• Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities

• Preferred experience deploying Generative AI Solutions
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service/Support using relevant technologies
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
