As an Integration Engineer within our Engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain reliable, secure, scalable integrations between our award‑winning SaaS solution and our customers. These real‑time or batched integrations involve functions such as file manipulation, API calls, SQL query execution, and script execution. This role requires strong problem‑solving, automation, and cloud infrastructure expertise. Your work includes implementing effective monitoring and automation and diagnosing technical issues across evolving environments.
As these integrations support customer workflows directly, they are critical to the stability of our client services and are a core part of the value we provide. Your impact will be central to project success and ongoing technical team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development, Implementation, Support, & Monitoring- Build scalable and reliable software components using C# and .NET to address business requirements.
- Design solutions with proper error handling while ensuring the integration adheres to architectural best practices.
- Build comprehensive test coverage and automated test suites to ensure the quality and sustainability of delivered features.
- Implement and maintain technical solutions that integrate with existing infrastructure.
- Triage and work integration support requests from customers, while maintaining high standards of service.
- Some interaction with customers, whether technical staff or end‑users, either via e‑mail or meetings. No site visits.
- Examine system log files and performance metrics to identify root causes of issues affecting integration reliability and performance.
- Process complex technical information systematically to recognize patterns and create effective solutions for emerging technical challenges.
- Resolve intricate integration failures by leveraging analytical thinking and debugging techniques to restore optimal operation.
