Senior Salesforce Administrator (Finance) How you'll make an impact:
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a vital role are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable, long‑term best‑practice solutions while using the latest technologies. You will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, dig into our current setup and business objectives, and quickly identify areas of improvement.
The role demands comfort with change management and governance, and the ability to communicate, prioritize, and manage all aspects of a Salesforce project while collaborating with all areas of the business.
Implementation & Integration
- Build new and maintain integrated applications with Salesforce, embedded applications, and related tools that are not integrated with Salesforce (e.g., back‑office applications).
- Execute Salesforce configuration changes including, but not limited to, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Respond to issues, change requests, and manage system upgrades, releases, and change‑control processes.
- Gather business requirements and write system documentation and knowledge articles.
- Train users on system functionality and new features.
- Optimize applications with the latest technologies and address technical debt to maintain an efficient, up‑to‑date system architecture.
- Assist in the implementation of security practices by monitoring login and user activity, auditing fields, profile access, security permissions, and de‑activating unneeded user accounts.
- Maintain sandbox environments for testing and training.
- Complete regular internal audits of the system.
- Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting, or merging duplicate records, cleansing, and updating inaccurate data.
- 5+ years' experience with
- 3+ years' experience with at least two of the following:
Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud. - Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
- Advanced Administrator and/or App Builder Certification preferred.
- Experience working with multiple departments (Finance, Operations, Services, Sales, IT).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow and Lightning.
- Proven ability to examine processes, identify and implement efficiencies.
- Comfortable with setting up new integrations, managing and consolidating existing ones.
- Strongly preferred experience in Net Suite or other ERP systems, Smartsheet, Marketo.
- Experience with Sales Loft, Zoom Info, Concur, Gong is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
