• Identify and evaluate new monetization and growth opportunities for the employer

• 3–7 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, product analytics, or growth
• Experience in marketplace, advertising, or platform monetization environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with high levels of ownership and accountability
• A proactive mindset focused on execution rather than just strategy development

• Experience in the travel or fintech industries
• Proven track record of successful project execution in a startup environment
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
