Salt Stack Infrastructure Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salt Stack Infrastructure Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage Salt Stack-based automation solutions across hybrid cloud environments while collaborating closely with Dev Ops, SRE, and application teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Salt Stack automation (States, Pillars, Orchestration)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Build reusable Salt formulas and custom modules
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Implement security hardening and compliance automation
- Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize performance
- Document automation frameworks and operational runbooks
- 5+ years in Infrastructure Automation / Dev Ops
- 5+ years hands-on Salt Stack experience
- Python, Bash, YAML scripting
- Git-based source control
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
