Senior Program Manager, Localization; Remote

• Define, develop, and execute the end‑to‑end localization strategy in alignment with company objectives
• Advocate for global users, ensuring high‑quality localization standards and linguistic validation
• Maintain documentation for product developments and manage language assets such as glossaries and style guides
• Oversee vendor evaluations and ensure accurate budget tracking for localization efforts
• Collaborate across various teams to facilitate data‑driven change management and process improvements

• 8+ years of experience in program, project management, and/or localization
• Proven experience in crafting localization strategies and leading cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience managing localization and linguistics vendors to ensure quality delivery
• Mastery of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English

• Understanding of internationalization (i18n) and globalization (g11n) concepts and standards
• Experience with AI tools, machine translation, or large language models to enhance localization workflows
• Familiarity with Agile development workflows, including Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with localization programs in the EdTech industry
• Master’s degree in Localization, Linguistics, International Studies, Computer Science, or related field
