Reporting to a Senior Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects organized and moving forward — from QA and content entry to analytics and client communications.
This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience who’s eager to learn, grow, and roll up their sleeves to make things happen. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with every part of digital project delivery and set yourself up for a future as a Product Owner or Account Manager.

Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination- Translate requirements and documentation into clear Jira tickets and track progress through resolution.
- Confirm ticket completion and quality with internal teams.
- Assist with project scheduling, task tracking, and internal communications using Jira, Basecamp, Harvest, and Smartsheet.
- Support creation and proofreading of proposals, statements of work, and presentations.
- Manage intake of support requests, clarifying or reproducing issues as needed.
- Provide responsive, thoughtful communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with a Senior Product Owner to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct QA on websites and digital deliverables, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with requirements.
- Perform website content entry and updates in content management systems such as Drupal, Word Press, and Sitefinity, ensuring adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
- Help maintain consistent standards for documentation, testing, and content integrity across projects.
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital agency, marketing, or technology environment.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with or interest in website content management (Drupal, Word Press, or Sitefinity).
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
- Exposure to web QA or content administration.
- Industry experience with associations, higher ed, healthcare systems or non‑profits.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or marketing automation tools.
The expected starting salary for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
