Change Consultant and Senior Trainer

As a
** Change Consultant and Senior Trainer**, you will define, develop, and deliver learning and change solutions to internal Wealth Management partners as part of the
** Change Enablement and Execution Team**. You bring strong expertise in learning strategy, instructional design, video storytelling, and creative learning applications, along with the ability to deliver engaging live training, outreach, and direct Q&A sessions. s beneficial. Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with business functions such as account opening, money movement, document sharing, CRM systems, trusts, or investments is also an advantage.
