Overview

We are seeking a Technology Implementation Coordinator to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and administration of Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring optimized efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • System Administration:
    Manage and maintain Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently.
  • Implementation:
    Coordinate the deployment of new Accounts Receivables software and upgrades, including planning, testing, and training.
  • Support:
    Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
  • Data Management:
    Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Accounts Receivables systems.
  • Documentation:
    Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure systems comply with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Finance and IT departments to align system capabilities with business needs.
  • Reporting:
    Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably within Accounts Receivables or financial systems.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Accounts Receivables software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with technology implementation projects.
    • Certification in relevant software or systems.
