Overview
We are seeking a Technology Implementation Coordinator to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and administration of Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring optimized efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Responsibilities- System Administration:
Manage and maintain Accounts Receivables systems, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently. - Implementation:
Coordinate the deployment of new Accounts Receivables software and upgrades, including planning, testing, and training. - Support:
Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems. - Data Management:
Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Accounts Receivables systems. - Documentation:
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials. - Compliance:
Ensure systems comply with financial regulations and company policies. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the Finance and IT departments to align system capabilities with business needs. - Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Work Environment:

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably within Accounts Receivables or financial systems.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Accounts Receivables software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with technology implementation projects.
- Certification in relevant software or systems.
