Senior AI Trainer (Fractional)

Are you an expert at translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into actionable business results? We are a premier executive consultancy seeking a Senior AI Trainer to lead high-impact literacy and deployment initiatives for leaders within highly regulated sectors.

This is a fractional, open-ended contract role (5-25 hours per week) designed for a consultant who excels at the intersection of executive coaching and technical AI application. You will guide cohorts of 6-12 senior leaders through a proprietary AI curriculum tailored for the Life Sciences, Med Tech, and Manufacturing sectors.

• High-Touch Delivery:
  Facilitate deep-dive sessions (90 minutes to 6 hours) on prompt engineering, voice profiling, and advanced AI workflows.
• Strategic Scoping:
  Participate in executive-level discussions to customize training for PE-backed and regulated organizations.
• Content Innovation:
  Develop bespoke prompt libraries, workflow guides, and technical reference materials.
• Industry Expertise:
  Support complex engagements for medical device, pharmaceutical, and CDMO clients.
• Client Advocacy:
  Serve as a primary brand ambassador during high-stakes client interactions.

• 5+ years of corporate/executive training experience with a blue-chip client list.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience delivering AI-specific corporate training.
• Technical Mastery:
  Power-user proficiency in ChatGPT Plus and Claude.ai is mandatory.
• Advanced Skillset:
  Proven ability to build AI personas, multi-step workflows, and "cowork" capabilities.
• C-Suite Fluency:
  Exceptional communication skills suited for board-level audiences.

• Flexibility:
  Remote-friendly with variable hours based on project load.
• Travel:
  Must be able to attend sessions in the Greater Atlanta area 1-3 times per month; travel expenses reimbursed if you are not local to Atlanta.
