What you’ll do

As a GTM Systems Platform Specialist at Pindrop, you will build and optimize core GTM systems, focusing on Salesforce, Lean Data, and Outreach, and support tools like Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Deal Hub (CPQ). You will continuously improve lead‑to‑account matching and routing logic, design, build, and maintain scalable automations and workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms, eliminate manual processes, troubleshoot complex system issues, create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and change‑management practices, and provide hands‑on support and enablement to GTM teams, driving tool adoption and operational confidence.

Who

you are
  • A hands‑on, technically strong Rev Ops or GTM systems professional with a track record of building and optimizing Salesforce‑centric ecosystems.
  • Experienced in working across highly integrated systems, diagnosing and resolving complex automation and data flow issues.
  • A problem‑solver who can quickly identify root causes and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • A collaborative partner capable of engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated to streamline processes and significantly enhance operational efficiency.
Required skill‑set
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience administering and optimizing Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) or GTM systems, with expertise beyond Salesforce alone.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data model, automation (Flows), integrations, and overall system architecture.
  • Proven, hands‑on experience with core Rev Ops tools:
    • Lean Data (lead/account routing logic, matching, and orchestration)
    • Outreach (bi‑directional sync, sequencing automation, and troubleshooting)
    • Deal Hub (CPQ) support and configuration
  • Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automations and workflows across integrated systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, including sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies across platforms.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting GTM teams within a SaaS or enterprise environment.
  • Gong (Salesforce integration, call data governance, pipeline insights, and reporting).
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools such as Zoom Info and Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with partner portal workflows (e.g., Unifyr or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to API‑based integrations or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Mulesoft).
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools such as Pramata.
