Job Title: REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist - $60-$80k (Wealth Tech)
Salary: $60k-$80k Base + Benefits, 401k
Requirements: Enterprise SaaS Customer Service Experience

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
This is a very exciting time for us, we've been growing like crazy and just closed a $200MM rounding of funding!
Our software integrates with leading Fin Tech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a REMOTE Enterprise Software Support Specialist with experience in the following:
- 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
- Experience working with software integrations between systems
This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead complex onboarding and/or integrations
- Assist with product configurations with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Conduct tailored trainings and webinars as needed
- 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, AOIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
- Experience working with software integrations between systems
- $60-$80k + Benefits, 401k
