Digital Content Specialist – Remote

The Digital Content Specialist will manage and optimize the digital shopping experience on  This includes maintaining product listings, executing promotions, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless content updates across global storefronts.

• Maintain and update product listings across multiple catalogs and locales
• Customize and publish web pages using Shopify Admin and custom modules
• Create and manage discount codes and promotions
• Test and validate discounts across global storefronts
• Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with Customer Experience
• Implement promotional calendars in collaboration with international marketing teams
• Liaise with developers to resolve technical issues or add new features
• Partner with Digital, Creative, Merchandising, and Regional Marketing teams
• Provide QA and feedback on new page builds and product launches

• 2–4 years of experience in digital content management or global e-commerce
• Proficiency in Shopify Admin and basic HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Figma, Asana/Jira, Iterable, or Contentful
• Experience managing promotions and discount strategies
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently and occasionally outside normal hours
