The Team You'll Join
You'll join a product management team that is focused on building and advancing AI‑enabled solutions within the servicing domain, including Service Request AI initiatives. This is a highly collaborative, fast‑moving team that partners closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent capabilities that improve how services are developed, managed, and scaled. As part of this team, you'll work on net‑new, approved product efforts, help shape product strategy from early concept through execution, and contribute to innovative AI use cases that drive meaningful impact for the business and its clients.
How You'll Contribute
Envestnet is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Servicing AI to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI‑powered servicing capabilities across the Envestnet Unified Managed Platform (UMP). This role is responsible for transforming core servicing workflows-spanning onboarding, account maintenance, client and advisor inquiries, issue resolution, and operational support-through applied AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning.
This individual will define how AI is embedded into Envestnet's servicing experiences to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and advisor satisfaction, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, auditability, and trust. The role requires a strong blend of product leadership, platform thinking, applied AI fluency, and deep understanding of advisor and operations workflows.
* Define and own Envestnet's AI strategy for servicing, aligned to UMP platform objectives, advisor experience priorities, and enterprise AI principles
* Identify and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases across servicing, including intelligent intake, case routing, summarization, next‑best action, automation, and conversational assistance
* Balance near‑term operational efficiency gains with long‑term platform differentiation through scalable, reusable AI capabilities
* Own the full product lifecycle for AI‑enabled servicing solutions, from discovery and experimentation through delivery, measurement, and continuous optimization
* Translate complex servicing challenges into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs grounded in advisor and operations needs
* Partner closely with advisors, operations, and home office stakeholders to design AI solutions that augment human workflows and improve resolution speed, quality, and trust
* Lead cross‑functional execution with engineering, data science, design, platform services, and technical writing to deliver compliant, high‑quality AI capabilities
* Ensure responsible AI usage by partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Data Governance on explainability, auditability, and regulatory alignment
* Drive go‑to‑market strategy and adoption in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations leadership
* Define and own success metrics for servicing AI, using quantitative data and qualitative feedback to guide ongoing iteration and continuous improvement
