Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower’s capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent‑mindful wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their vision.

Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

• Lead and manage CRM conversion projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the technical aspects of the CRM conversion, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data migration.
• Work closely with third‑party vendors to coordinate the CRM conversion process, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Communicate project status, updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings, track project performance and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective project execution.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in CRM conversion or implementation projects.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of CRM systems, data migration and system integration.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

• In‑office Monday‑Thursday (Work from home on Fridays)
• 6‑month contract
• Hourly compensation of $55‑$60 (exact compensation amount will be dependent on experience)
