Who you
are:

You are coming into the role with 4 or more years leading many end to end Netsuite implementations. You have a passion for learning and becoming the best in the business, delivering exceptional results and continuous improvement for clients and want to work in a collaborative environment with sharp minded and inquisitive colleagues.

The Role:

• Analyze complex business requirements and map business processes to Net Suite software
• Lead Netsuite implementations working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements to design and execute tailored Net Suite solutions that align with their needs.
• Conduct comprehensive system assessments to identify optimization opportunities and recommend best practices for maximizing system efficiency and performance
• Design and execute end-to-end Net Suite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on Net Suite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Suite Analytics.
• Develop custom scripts and workflows using Suite Script and Suite Flow to address unique client requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Net Suite integrations, data migration strategies, and third-party application integrations.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to empower client teams to effectively utilize Net Suite and drive user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic advice to help them achieve their business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, Net Suite updates, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance expertise and drive innovation.

Your Background and competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 4 or more years experience successfully leading high value, complex Netsuite implementations
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations

Knowledge

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial management
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite functionality, including but not limited to Financial Management, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management
• Proficiency in Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and Suite Analytics.

Problem Solving

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Client Communication and Relationship building

• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior company officials and develop trust and strong relationships with clients.

Leadership Teamwork and Interpersonal

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Certifications - Net Suite certifications (e.g., Suite Foundation, Suite Cloud Developer, ERP Consultant)
